Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time may qualify for a full refund.


Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be charged up to the full fare.


No Shows

If a passenger fails to appear at the pickup location without notice, the booking may be charged in full.


Special Events & Long Distance

These bookings may require longer notice periods based on scheduling and vehicle commitment.


Weather / Safety

In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions, Limoway may reschedule service where possible.
